Plone on OpenShift!

No matter how far it goes… cloud is winning.

Why spending so much time to stress a local o remote machine, when you can have free services on PaaS?

I am delighted by AppFog and I have just found a great way to “remote” install Plone on OpenShift.

Before you can follow the easy tutorial, you need

  1. a free account on OpenShift (after signing up, just create namespace not the 1st app name)
  2. a free account on Git
  3. rhc (but you have good info on installing on main platforms)

and you will end to have your own developing Plone CMS website at this address
